Lining Sheds- I love the look of the shoe but I had to return them because the lining shed like crazy. It came if you tugged on it the tiniest bit and it stuck to my socks and pants... not very attractive. I thought the lining would be of higher quality but it is really cheap. Too bad b/c they are so good-looking.

Nice to look at but...Of course the lightening fast shipping is just amazing, but these shoe look better than they feel. They are quite tight and run small. They are especially tight in the heel, which usually isn't a problem for me.I would order a size up.

Took a chance on this one- it looked cute, but as some other reviewers said, it is tight all through the foot, and it is not nearly as warm looking as it is in the picture. In fact, it’s really not suited for cold weather at all. I called Zappos to exchange it for Ugg Ultimate Short, and they were so great- upgraded my shipping, were simply delightful. Why would you ever go into a store again when with Zappos you pay no tax, have no shipping, free returns, and could take up to a year to return it! I love you Zappos!
