Great shoe, wonderful service - I don't usually wear high heels but I had to get some for a specific outfit for a wedding. They're really nice looking, fit perfectly and are very comfortable. Every time I order something from Zappos I'm amazed at how fast I get it -- less than 24 hours from when I ordered. This company understands service.

Can't go wrong with this brand - I wasn't sure about the triangle heel, but went with the brand and ordered them anyway - and they are fantastic! Fit is excellent. I have a high arch and a narrow heel and they stay on my feet without that annoying flip-flop noise. Love the look - everything I've purchased from this collection has been awesome and you can't beat the Zappos service.

Perky pump - Nice, bright red slingback. The strap isn't too long for me, so that problem may depend upon the shape of your foot. They fit my feet just fine; they're cute and reasonably comfortable. I've worn them all day without a problem. Be aware that the red ones have two different shades of red in them.

Shiny - These shoes are very cute, very classy looking, except that they are rather shinier than I would like. They also have a weird glue issue under the inside liner that makes them a bit noisy when you walk. I actually lifted the flap that covers the inside of the shoe and reglued them to be quiet. I got blisters when I wore them the other night... Other than all this, they LOOK great. ;) I don't mind the shininess anymore. Probably a touch of powder in the spots where they rub will take care of the blister factor.
