They are wearable, functional conversation pieces. Personal, supple leather adornments, both contemporary and classical. Think Andy Warhols Campbells Soup can, Norman Rockwells Kelloggs cereal ads, Gaugins Tahitian bathing beauties, Degas dancers, the Art Nouveau imagery of Gustav Klimt, and more. All of them, ICONS.

Icon Adele
I needed shoes that I can do a lot of walking in and these fit the bill brilliantly. And they are so stylish. Very eye catching with comfort too.

Icon Adele-Wedge Clog
Not the best Icon shoe I've tried - I have 4 pairs of Icon sandals, and I usually LOVE the look and feel, so ordered these expecting to be smitten. Wasn't the case. They arrived and felt stiff and very uncomfortable. You have to rock your foot to walk in the (and that's not a problem for me as I live in Dansko clogs) but someone the arch isn't cut or padded to be comfortable with that rocking motion. Maybe if they were broken in more - but for the price, I didn't want to risk it.

Icon Danseuse- Hook-and-Loop Sneaker
I bought these in 8.5M. These are lovely shoes in an unusual style! They are sneakers that really don't look like sneakers at all. Even though these are made in the US, they are sized fit-wise like Italian shoes. I found these true to size in length and width for their sizing.

Slipper-like in many ways - This is such an unsual, funky, stylish slip-on. Felt like wearing slippers. Very padded, especially the heel. I liked them very very much but had to return them because the top of the shoe cut into my foot uncomfortably. Still, definitely worth a try!
