Good bag, but gold hardware -The description of this bag says "silver tone hardware". I expected it to have a silver, rather than gold, buckle and zipper. I should have paid closer attention to the picture, but colors vary in pictures on the Internet. It's definitely cute, sturdy and comfortable, but is very small. Service from Zappos was as great as always. Very quick shipment (less than 2 days).

Very happy with this bag- The quality of this bag is what I expect when ordering a Liz Claiborne product- it is well made, and sturdy. The finish is slightly less metallic then it might seem from the picture, but the size is perfect to use both as a purse and a tote. With this bag, I often don't need to bring my briefcase, because papers and files fit in the side pockets. It looks great and professional, while it isn't boring. Great bag!

Liz Claiborne Handbags Heritage Mosaic Large Shopper
Liz Claiborne - I love the size and colors on the purse. However, after only owning and using the purse for less than two weeks, the metallic straps and bottom are already beginning to fade. This is the first time I have ever had a problem with a Liz Claiborne purse. Also, it would have been nice to have the matching wallets available online. I did find them in a local department store.
