Love this shoe- I just wore out a similar pair of Sesto Meuccis and was psyched to see Zappos carries a great selection. The reviews were helpful: My previous Sestos were a medium width and I did have to exchange for a wide width because this is a narrow style. These are super comfortable and stylish.

Form and Function- I wore these shoes daily for 7 days in San Francisco where I walk a lot. As a senior, I was somewhat surprised to have a stranger young enough to be my granddaughter stop and say "I like your shoes!"

I like this shoe very much. It is expensive! Sesto seem to keep going up in price and I am not sure this on is worth it- but I love the style and comfort.

Terrific casual shoe!I love this shoe when I feel real casual. The leather is real fine and soft, yet the construction of the shoe is really well made. The upper sides has tiny pin holes for air circulation (one of the many things I love about this shoe). I have the black, white, and tan. The shoe runs just a tad small. Zappos is the best for returns and reorders. I love this store.

Sesto Meucci Chico
Sizing problem.When I received these shoes I was very pleased at how they appeared as attractive and comfortable as they looked on the web site. However, the right foot felt a half size smaller than the 9W that I had ordered. And surprisingly, I couldn't even put the left shoe on!!! This is something that I have never encountered before. Upon examination, I noticed that the front/top leather (where the buckle lays across) appeared to be somewhat smaller and cut a bit more narrow than the right shoe. This may have contributed to the tighter toebox. Disappointed that the designer allowed this flaw to pass inspection considering the price. Thank-you Zappos for your easy return policy. I'll be back again.
