The perfect "investment" boot -Although they are more expensive than I am used to paying, I love these boots! I have long slender legs and a size 10.5 foot. Typically I have the problem of the boot shaft being too short and too wide. These are the first boots that are long enough, and fit my calves perfectly. The heel is high enough to be a bit sexy, but not too high, and the toe is perfect. These are boots are made for walking! I will baby these until they fall apart.

These boots are lovely but I had to return them because they did not fit. The calf width was too narrow for my calf (which is a little over 14.5 inches), and when I unhooked the buckles they looked just awful (the material folded inside the buckle was not leather - or at least not a good quality leather). However, the leather on the rest of the boot is very nice, I ordered the chocolate color and it was a very nice, dark, rich brown. The Zappos return process is quick and easy.

Don't hesitate -- buy these boots!I've wanted a pair of tall boots for years, but as I have large feet and am particular about shoes feeling good as well as looking good, by the time I found something that worked it was so expensive I chickened out. DO NOT hesitate over the price on these boots. They are worth every penny. These boots are hands-down the most comfortable shoes I own. In fact, if my lower back is sore I deliberately put them on. They are perfectly sized. You can wear them all day and when you're done your feet feel energized, not worn out. Plus they look incredible.I waited years to break down and buy these boots. Don't make the same mistake I did -- enjoy them now.
