Type Z 3545
Perfect blend of combat and dress boots -Boots, by definition, should retain some sense or ruggedness. Yet, I wanted a boot that could easily be paired with a suit during the winter. These guys do both -- rugged looking and dressy at the same time. The zipper makes it easy to take them on and off. Unlike the last reviewer, I like the very subtle texturized coating (not sure it even is a coating, but maybe the leather itself?). Anyway, it gives the shoes an appearance that is slightly distressed (great with jeans), yet, again, dressy enough for your suit. Awesome!

Dennis -I have a wide foot and typically get my shoes a little long to make up for it. I purchased these boots in size 45 and found that they were a little tight right out of the box. But the leather is soft and it only took a week of wear before they where completely broken in. The ability to adjust the fit with the laces and then use the zipper to put them on makes these the best fitting and most comfortable shoes I have ever owned. I don't know what they did with the soles, but after having walked four or five miles around town in these boots I have to compare them to a comfortable pair of tennis shoes. I like these shoes so much I purchased another pair of Type Z's.

The shoes dreams are made of!Gorgeous, comfortable, soft and the most unique I've seen in a while. Wear them with pants with the cute toe sequins sticking out or with a knee length skirt to let the whole design show.
