Knot- Based on one of the other reviewer’s comments on the knot that adorns this shoe, I was a bit worried about buying it. However I did so and I am not disappointed. It's a very beautiful dress shoe and the knot is not so large that it takes away the focus from the rest of the shoe. I have an EXTREMELY small foot (size 4) so I was concerned about the knot. Once the shoe is one the foot, it looks great and the knot was not an issue at all for me. I am so delighted that Zappos has such a large and nice selection of size 4 shoes. The service is great and now I have my husband hooked!

Soft and Wonderful- This is a great shoe. While other lined mules look clunky, these are very refined looking. The "stripe" down the front gives the shoe the illusion of being pointier than it is which gives a wonderful long line when worn with boot cut or flare jeans. I gave a 4 star on comfort only because if you're used to walking in a clunky clog or mule, this one will feel just a little less stable in the beginning. If you're used to walking in heels, you can consider this a 5 star comfort rating!
