Better than Expected - The picture didn't really do the boots justice, as I expected. The boots were, however, GREAT! Perfect fit, feel, look. And to top it all off, I placed my order at 9:20pm on a Sunday night, and my boots were on my doorstep by 4pm the next day! Absolutely AMAZING service!

GREAT BOOT - It has been years since I wore cowboy boots. These fit and feel great not to mention the look. The best part is customer service at Zappos. I am hard to fit but they make it fast and easy even throughout the UPS shipping. Good job Zappos.

Braid/chain can come off if you prefer - I struggled with the pictures...but, in case you want to know, the chain under the heel comes off (with a hook) and the braid around the ankles comes off with velcro. If you like it, great. But, it you don't, it can be taken off and you have a nice, stylish, plainer boot--which is my preference.
